Zaken gaan heel vaak over het aanvragen, behandelen en leveren van producten. Hierbinnen valt ook de Producten en Diensten Catalogus (PDC), waar nog geen standaard voor is, maar ook concrete "producten" of "product instanties" vallen binnen deze nieuwe standaard.** Vanuit de gemeenten zijn Jan Verbeek en Wiebe Kortenbach betrokken om te komen tot een gezamenlijk informatiemodel.
